RETURNS

We accept returns within a period of 15 days after the receipt of the delivery on regular priced items.
Items on sale are final and non refundable.
You are responsible for the shipping fees on returned items.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the following conditions:

• Dirty or soiled bags
• Stained fabric
• Contains animal hair
• Bags with a strong odour
• Bags that are ripped or damaged
